“First mission” stutter

Post-mission rewards/loading
A launch commenter reports missing rewards and a stuck return flow. This is not merged with official achievement or DLC fixes.
Host departure rollback
One report describes returning to a prior checkpoint. Platform, frequency and reconnect rules remain unresolved.
